Job Description
This full-time Route Service Representative Trainer position is within a Baltimore, MD facility. The role involves onboarding, performance evaluations, and route support for new and existing RSRs, with a strong emphasis on safety, customer service, and operational efficiency. The trainer serves as a leader, mentor, and cultural ambassador, ensuring compliance with policies and standards. This position transitions to permanent status after a 90-day probationary period.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Route Service Representative or commercial driver
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Valid DOT card or ability to obtain one
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects
- Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
