Job Description
Longdue is a narrative-first RPG studio currently in early production focused on psychological exploration through a decaying, haunted town. They are seeking an experienced and proactive Executive Producer to manage the production pipeline, recruit and build a skilled team, and shape the studio’s culture. This is a full ownership role and an opportunity to lead the project from concept to launch.
Requirements
- Experienced and proactive in game development
- Solid track record in game production (lived experience or launch)
- Hands-on publishing knowledge
- Full pipeline familiarity (localization, QA, submission, build processes)
- Team building and culture management skills
- Problem-solving and self-starting abilities
- Agile workflow familiarity
- Organized in a chaotic environment
