Educator-Clinical

The Educator-Clinical role involves delivering competency-based orientation and education programs for new and existing staff, applying adult learning principles and adapting to diverse learning needs. This position focuses on training, assessing, providing feedback, and promoting a high-performing, accountability-driven team with a commitment to evidence-based practice and care delivery. Collaboration with senior and junior staff is critical for program development.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing required
• Master of Science Degree in Nursing preferred
• Three years clinical nursing experience in primary area of specialty required
• Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• Basic Life Support Certification through the American Heart Association required
