Lokal is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to optimize campaigns, reduce Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and increase Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). The company offers AI-driven solutions for Bharat, focusing on local content and opportunities, and is rapidly expanding its platform with new apps in various sectors.
Requirements
- 1-4 years experience in campaign optimization for CAC reduction and increase in RoAS.
- Strong expertise in performance marketing and campaign optimization.
- Ability to design and execute product-marketing experiments (e.g., A/B testing).
- Experience with landing page optimization.
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on measurable impact.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, SQL.
- Understanding of efficiency, and SQL.
