Job Description
We are looking for a committed Apprenticeship Skills Coach to join our dynamic team at Logistics UK. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering high-quality training within the transport sector, focusing on the Level 2 Transport Coordinator (Level 2 Traffic Operator) apprenticeship programme.
Requirements
- A Level 3 (or above) teaching qualification.
- Experience delivering apprenticeships.
- Level 5 Operations Manager qualification or significant relevant industry experience.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Proven ability to identify training needs and implement effective solutions.
- High levels of literacy, numeracy, and attention to detail.
