Job Description
Logifuture is seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join their Data team. This role focuses on supporting infrastructure and deployment of data-centric applications, especially for data processing and event streaming systems, with a strong emphasis on scalability in-house. The candidate will collaborate with various teams to ensure data reliability, security, and performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years in a DevOps or Site Reliability role, ideally in data-heavy environments.
- Proven experience with event streaming platforms like Apache Kafka.
- Strong knowledge of container technologies and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) and scripting (Python, Bash).
- Familiarity with data platforms such as PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, Superset.
- Good understanding of networking, monitoring, logging, and alerting (e.g. NewRelic, Grafana).
- Comfortable working in predominantly on-prem environments; knowledge of GCP is a plus.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
