Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to drive complex software solutions for Mission Systems. Working with general direction, you will independently define solution approaches, lead design reviews, and ensure software deliverables meet cost, schedule, and technical requirements.
Requirements
- Ability to mentor junior engineers and lead small development teams
- Excellent stakeholder communication and presentation skills for inter-organizational and customer engagements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality software on time and within budget
- Experience with Agile, DevSecOps, DO-178C, and multi-language development environments
