Aeronautical Engineer (Mechanical Systems) - Intern

We are seeking a Summer 2026 Intern Aeronautical Engineer for Mechanical Systems. In this role, you will research, define, analyze, develop, design, test, and qualify aircraft subsystems. You will also design and test subsystems and components along with the integration of aircraft electrical, hydraulic, and flight control systems.

Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering, or related technical major.
• Coursework in Mechanics (e.g. Statics, Dynamics, etc.)
• Coursework in CATIA
• Familiarity with Design for Manufacturing and Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T)
• Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance.
