Lochner is a trusted infrastructure services provider seeking a Transportation Project Manager with 8+ years of experience in transportation project development. The role involves leading multidisciplinary design teams, managing project scope, schedule, budget, and quality, and mentoring staff.
Requirements
- 8+ years of transportation project development experience
- Experience in Seymour, Vincennes, and or Greenfield District highly preferred
- Demonstrated project management experience on highway and or bridge design projects
- Strong working knowledge of INDOT policies and procedures
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent leadership, communication, and client-relationship skills
- Willingness to travel within Indiana as project and business development needs require
