ELEMIS - Amazon & Etail Coordinator

ELEMIS, a skin wellness brand with over 30 years of expertise, is seeking an Amazon & Etail Coordinator to support the VP of Amazon + ETail & Director of Amazon Ops with day-to-day operations. This role focuses on building brand awareness, exceeding sales, and achieving profitability through proactive management of the Amazon site, product launches, catalog maintenance, and marketing initiatives. Collaboration with internal teams and external partners is crucial for driving growth.

Requirements

• Complete new product set-up forms and work with Regulatory and Marketing departments.
• Maintain and optimize product listings on Web Partners’ sites.
• Track inventory levels and POs.
• Collaborate with Operations to ensure product assortment and inventory across portfolio and partners.
• Audit and report on key competitor activity.
• Analyze performance on a weekly & monthly basis.
• Partner with internal channel marketing and creative teams to manage content.
• Ideate and distribute best in class content.
• Ensure all duties carried out and actions completed in every aspect of your role, contribute to the short and long-term Sustainability Goals.
• Possesses an entrepreneurial spirit and a keen ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities.
