The role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with People Managers, and delivering high-volume and high-quality hiring outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in HR or related field a plus
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in high-volume environments
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and solid understanding of recruitment metrics and analytics
- Fluent in Greek, with strong proficiency in English (verbal and written); additional languages a bonus
- Demonstrated ability to lead, influence, and coach across all levels of the organization
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills
- A positive, flexible mindset and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
