Job Description
Liberty Robotics is seeking a dynamic Field Application Engineer to join their team. This role involves installing, servicing, and providing technical support for 3D volumetric vision guidance systems in automotive assembly plants. The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver with a strong background in both mechanical engineering and computer skills, passionate about travel and delivering top-tier quality work to customers.
Requirements
- Experience working with robotics, controls, sensors, or similar factory automation environments
- Familiarity with electronic assembly, cable routing, camera settings, and optical physics
- Technical writing and experience in field service or customer support
- Prior work in manufacturing, particularly in the automotive sector
- Technical degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Robotics, or similar)
- Authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Ability to travel 50% of the time
