Requirements

• 2-3 years of practical experience in data migration projects
• 1 year of experience in client-facing roles
• 3-4 years of experience working with data using SQL and related tools
• Strong object-oriented programming skills
• Experience with version control systems such as Git and GitHub
• Solid understanding of the data migration lifecycle
• Strong commitment to thorough documentation and organization
• Logical and analytical problem-solving skills
• Ability to independently address complex challenges
• Self-management skills to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
• Detail-oriented with the ability to follow complex instructions
• Client-focused mindset combined with effective cost management
• Self-driven, disciplined, and able to work independently
• Fluent in English and Polish (B2+ level)
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban)
