Requirements
- 2–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Proven track record recruiting for niche, highly technical engineering roles
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered sourcing and recruiting tools
- Strong ability to assess talent
- Experience managing external agency relationships and vendor processes
