We are a rapidly expanding camper van lifestyle brand seeking a creative Industrial Product Designer to transform product concepts into stunning physical goods. This role offers opportunity for professional growth, transitioning from ideation to production, and includes design, development, and supplier coordination. A fast, visually driven designer is expected to proactively communicate with both internal teams and overseas factories.

Requirements

• Execute brand aesthetics and values into innovative physical product concepts.
• Prepare clear and well-documented product specification sheets.
• Develop visual product mockups, detailed design renders, and layout directions.
• Manage development timelines and maintain detailed product trackers.
• Communicate directly with Chinese factories.
• Handle supplier-side price negotiation.
• Lead packaging concept development.
