Job Description
As a Social Media Manager, you'll bridge the gap between creation and customers, developing data-driven strategies, analyzing target groups, and crafting engaging content. You'll lead and advise clients, ensuring content aligns with brand strategies and performs well, serving as the primary contact for social media support and tailoring content to meet specific goals.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in social media marketing, ideally with a strategy focus and agency background.
- Organizational talent and experience managing platforms and involved individuals.
- Ability to craft core stories and provide unique value for brand appearances on social media.
- Strong storytelling skills and understanding of digital formats and platform-specific tones.
- Confident communication skills and ability to present ideas persuasively.
- In-depth knowledge of various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube).
- Understanding of KPIs and social media mechanisms.
- Ability to work organized, think creatively, and take initiative.
