Carbon Project Financial Analyst

Living Carbon is a public benefit company with a mission to fight climate change by transforming marginal land into high-value environmental assets. We’re looking for a talented and driven Financial Analyst to join our finance team and support the development of Excel models for our carbon projects.

Requirements

• Develop and maintain comprehensive Excel models to analyze the financial performance and feasibility of carbon projects
• Collect, organize, and analyze financial and operational data related to carbon projects
• Conduct scenario analysis to assess the impact of different variables, assumptions, and market conditions on the financial outcomes of carbon projects
• Evaluate financial risks associated with carbon projects
• Prepare clear and concise reports and presentations summarizing financial analysis, project performance, and recommendations for stakeholders and management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate financial considerations into project planning and decision-making processes
