Instructional Designer (Analyst)

Instructional Designers on the Learning Team create high-quality and impactful certification materials for independent agents. They work collaboratively with a team to engage in all aspects of the ADDIE process, managing learning programs, designing effective learning experiences, and using eLearning authoring tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Education, Instructional Design, Media or relevant program or certificate
• Minimum 3 years' experience designing training curricula and program elements
• Ability to write effectively for various audiences
• Excellent organizational skills and detail orientation
• Experience using industry standard eLearning authoring tools and Microsoft Office Suite
