Head of Go-To-Market & Product Marketing

Lead the strategic development and execution of our go-to-market (GTM) and product marketing initiatives across internal tools, agent acquisition, service launches, and vertical-specific campaigns.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years experience
• 7+ years in B2B marketing, preferably in contact center, SaaS, or BPO environments
• Proven success in launching vertical-specific campaigns and managing cross-functional GTM motions
• Strong understanding of buyer journeys, persona development, and sales alignment
• High personal accountability for delivering quality work
• Innovative with a problem-solving mindset
