Banquet Manager - Texas Live!

Texas Live!, a dynamic $250 million world-class dining, entertainment and hospitality district, is seeking a Banquet Manager to oversee day-to-day activities of the banquet department. The ideal candidate will have experience in advanced banquets and food and beverage operations, including supervisory experience.

Requirements

• Maintain quality, service and operating standards
• Supervise day-to-day activities of the banquet department
• Recommend and/or initiate staffing-related actions
• Ensure all staff is properly trained and have the tools and equipment needed
• Ensure rooms are set-up and service delivery is carried out according to guest expectations
• Meet with Kitchen Staff to review scheduled groups' menu
• Ensure guests are greeted upon arrival and respond to guest requests and complaints
• Maintain procedures to ensure the security and proper storage of banquet inventory and equipment
• Control departmental labor and expenses
• Ensure equipment is prepared for the following day's work
