Sales Leader

Little Green Apple is seeking a Part-Time Sales Leader to provide excellent customer service and demonstrate best retail execution at a store location in Lansing, MI. The role focuses on increasing sales, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining store operations, including inventory management, cleaning, and customer interaction. The Sales Leader will collaborate with the store manager and corporate team to achieve sales goals and uphold company policies.

Requirements

• Minimum of one (1) year of prior retail experience, sales, or customer service.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to open and close the store a minimum of three (3) times per week and work two (2) weekend shifts per month.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that meets the needs of the business.
