Sales Leader

Little Green Apple is seeking a Part-Time Sales Leader to provide exemplary selling and customer service, improve store productivity and profitability, and act as a role model for best retail execution. This role involves product recommendations, store knowledge sharing, inventory management, customer engagement, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. The Sales Leader also assumes leadership responsibilities within the store and reports to the Store Manager.

Requirements

• Minimum of one (1) year of prior retail experience, sales, or customer service.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to open and close the store a minimum of three (3) times per week and work two (2) weekend shifts per month.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that meets the needs of the business.
