Job Description
This position is based in our Grayslake location. The Direct Support Professional (DSP) is responsible for providing direct supervision and training of individuals in work and/or non-work activities related to their person-centered goals and objectives.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED certificate
- At least 21 years of age
- One year of experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, behavior and/or emotional challenges
- Ability to speak and write clearly and communicate information effectively in English
- Comfort with technology for computer data entry
- Valid driver's license, proof of automobile insurance
