Job Description
To initiate, facilitate, and perform casework related functions pertaining to children residing in the children’s residential program. Responsibilities include carrying a caseload of children, conducting weekly visits, securing documentation, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individual treatment plans.
Requirements
- College or university degree that meets the federal educational standards required to serve or to be eligible to serve as a Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional (QIDP)
- At least one-year experience working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license
