The role involves working with customers, internal teams, and external partners to address quality issues and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Quality, Manufacturing, or Engineering
- Customer Quality Engineering experience with Root Cause Failure Analysis knowledge
- Strong Analytical and Problem Solving Skills
- Knowledge of complex electronics, electrical, or mechanical assemblies
- Manufacturing principles and manufacturing engineering techniques
- Quality tools including cause-and-effect diagram, FMEA, 8D, chart, histogram, pareto chart, SPC, control plan,...
- ISO9000 / TS16949 / IATF Standards knowledge (desired)
- Audit experience (Internal and/or external)
- Proficient in MS Office suite
- Customer Management Skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work under pressure
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
