Job Description
Littelfuse is seeking a Quality and EHS Engineer to join their team. In this role, you will maintain quality systems, ensure a safe work environment, and develop and manage the company's QEHS Management System.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related Engineering field
- At least 2 years of experience in Quality or EHS within a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge and experience in incident investigation and root cause analysis
- Knowledge and experience in reviewing and updating process risk assessments and COSHH assessments, including REACH/RoHS
- Experience with MSDS management
- Understanding of EHS compliance and regulatory requirements
- Knowledge of environmental and energy management
- Ability to read and understand technical documents such as data sheets
- Strong communication skills
- Analytical mindset with a willingness to question processes and identify improvements
