Operation Manager

Littelfuse is a leading manufacturer of electronic components, and we're looking for an Operations Manager to lead our medium-sized operations team. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing operational policies and procedures, managing work activities, and ensuring compliance with procedures. This is a 40% coaching and management role, 25% leading operations projects, 25% evaluating staff levels and identifying training needs, and 10% assessing issues and developing resolutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor or university degree
• 10+ years of experience
• Deep knowledge of global manufacturing operations
• Advanced knowledge in MS Office
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong communication skills
