Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position with knowledge of training methods, organizational development, and audit management.
• Experience with ISO 14001, 45001, 90001, IATF, and governmental standards (STPS).
• Conversational English proficiency (90%).
• Strong collaboration, results orientation, and effective communication skills.
• Ability to develop internal talent and manage interpersonal relationships effectively.
