Service Advisor

As a Service Advisor at Howdy Honda, you will initiate automotive services and repairs, communicate with customers and technicians, and administer manufacturer warranties. You will also be responsible for developing estimates, preparing repair orders, and communicating with customers about service needs and expenses.

Requirements

• Previous Service Advisor experience (preferred)
• Prior experience as an automotive technician (plus)
• A team player with a focus on providing exemplary customer service
• Basic mechanical understanding of an automobile
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
