F&I Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Manager to become a part of our customer-focused sales team. Must have experience in the auto industry, knowledge of F&I regulations, and maintain high customer service satisfaction.

Requirements

• Automotive F&I experience in a Dealership setting
• CDK experience
• Documentation of current and past performance
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Outgoing personality with a positive attitude
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
• Professional presentation
• 2+ years of dealership finance experience
• Prior automotive sales management experience
