The Creative Manager (Post-Production) oversees the creative and operational execution of all post-production assets across social, paid, and internal channels.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- 6-8 years of experience in creative production, post-production, or multimedia project management
- Proven experience leading creative teams and managing production workflows across multiple content types
- Experience partnering with marketing and project management teams to prioritize initiatives and manage capacity
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva and project management tools such as Asana
- Strong creative judgment with the ability to balance artistic direction and business objectives
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects and shifting priorities
- Knowledge of social and paid content best practices, video formats, and platform-specific requirements
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with a focus on collaboration and continuous improvement
