Senior CRM Manager responsible for orchestrating customer journeys, developing data-driven CRM and lifecycle journeys, and optimizing cross-channel CRM campaigns. Works with marketing and sales teams to design customer journey from first interaction to contract conclusion and beyond.
Requirements
- Successful completion of a study with a technical, commercial, and/or marketing focus
- 5+ years of experience in the CRM/marketing automation field with proven responsibility for scalable CRM setups
- Practical experience with modern CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g. HubSpot, Braze, or similar systems)
- Experience in technically integrating multiple systems and setting up data-syncs, APIs, webhooks, and automation workflows
- In-depth understanding of campaign operations, segmentation, A/B testing, and lifecycle management
- Excellent analytical skills for evaluating performance data and deriving clear trends and implementable recommendations
- Experience in post-campaign analysis, KPI tracking, and data-driven optimization
- Structured, solution-oriented, and reliable work approach with high quality standards
- In-depth understanding of CRM data structures, tracking setups, and data flows, as well as experience in building clean, scalable CRM architectures
