Job Description
Join Linxon and make your impact! We're seeking a Lead Primary Engineer SME to lead the design and installation of substation layouts for projects ranging from 765kV to 11kV. As a member of our team, you'll have opportunities for growth and leadership development, and contribute to the evolution of our engineering practices and innovation roadmap.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field (master’s preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in substation design or high-voltage engineering
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design tools; experience with BIM is a plus
- Strong understanding of IEEE, NEC, NESC, and utility standards
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- PE license or eligibility to obtain one is highly desirable
- Experience with outdoor and indoor GIS applications
- Experience in HV power cable system applications
