Global Sustainability Manager - CSRD Lead

Join us in driving Linxon's sustainability journey! As a Global Sustainability Manager – you will lead and play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our ambitious sustainability strategy across Europe, the UK, and eventually on a global scale.

Requirements

• Leading the development and execution of the Linxon Sustainability Plan.
• Identifying environmental and sustainability regulations within Europe and the UK.
• Taking charge of CSRD compliance, focusing on our European portfolio initially, and expanding to global operations.
• Conducting gap analysis, assessing risks and opportunities, and creating detailed project plans to meet 2026 implementation targets.
• Analyzing data to improve sustainability performance and reviewing existing policies to drive progress.
• Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and meet deadlines.
• Supporting the corporate reporting process, including Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM) and the calculation of the GHG emissions inventory (Scopes 1, 2, and 3), and ensuring the associated assurance processes are completed efficiently.
• Championing the application of sustainability frameworks and reporting standards such as the Taskforce for Climate-related Financial Disclosure (TCFD) framework and the IFRS Sustainability Disclosure Standards.
• Establishing yourself as the go-to expert on sustainability reporting, and leading training strategies to empower teams.
