Job Description
We are looking for a Jr. Support Analyst to join our team. As a Jr. Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support and remote support to our customers, interacting with different areas such as Administration, Finance, Sales and Large Accounts.
Requirements
- Experience with technical support and remote support
- Knowledge of AutoSystem, Emsys, Posto Fácil, Seller and Empório (PDV, Management, Fiscal, Integrations) system
- Desirable knowledge of Postgres and SQL language
- Ability to understand attendance flows from areas such as ADM, Finance, Sales and Large Accounts
- Familiarity with systems such as Salesforce, chat tools and remote access
- Clear and efficient communication
- Patience and empathy in attendance
