Linklaters is a global law firm seeking a Senior Talent Advisor to drive and implement Re:link's flexible lawyer pipeline and acquisition strategy. The role involves matching flexible lawyers to client opportunities, supporting practice groups, and driving business success.

Requirements

• Experience in a comparable role in a flexible legal resourcing and/or alternative legal services platform
• Natural rapport with people, builds relationships easily, team-player, confident, articulate and an excellent interviewer
• Brings structure, discipline and focus, with attention to detail and the ability to work at high pace and to manage competing priorities
