Job Description
We are seeking a Physical Therapist to provide personalized care to seniors undergoing therapy in facilities or homes. Our team is led by therapists, driven to improve patient outcomes, and fosters a supportive environment with mentorship and simple documentation. This role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to impact patients' lives.
Requirements
- Unencumbered state Physical Therapy License
- Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited Physical Therapy Program
- Master’s Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- COVID vaccination mandatory for some locations
