Job Description
Link Home Therapy is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide clinical assessments, therapy, and counseling services to geriatric individuals experiencing mental health challenges. The role involves developing individualized treatment plans, providing therapeutic interventions, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support the well-being of geriatric residents in two Assisted Living Facilities in Toms River and Lakewood, New Jersey.
