Requirements

• Completed vocational training in the IT environment or first work experience in IT support
• First verifiable work experience in the IT help desk area
• Very good knowledge in the field of Microsoft 365 and Windows administration
• ITIL, LAN, WAN, and VPN are not foreign words to you
• High level of customer orientation and service readiness
• Communication skills and a high level of problem-solving competence
• Analytical understanding and team-oriented
