We are seeking a Paid Marketing Manager to lead our paid marketing efforts across various channels, including Meta, Google, and other paid platforms. The primary mission of this role is to drive outstanding return on advertising spend (ROAS) while efficiently scaling our marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- Some experience and previous track record growing paid marketing channels for comparable D2C/retail companies
- Fluent English
- Target-oriented and intense drive to achieve results
- Excellent analytical skills
- Good intuition as to what kind of visual assets and messaging will appeal to our customers
- Genuine interest in women's fashion and keep up to date on latest trends
- Strong problem solving skills and good judgment/common sense
- Hands-on and "can-do" attitude
