Requirements

• Experience as a senior cost manager, ideally from a consultancy background
• Experience in pre-contract cost management, budget control, and cost planning
• Chartered or on the path to complete it
• Degree or comparable experience in a project management or construction discipline
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage priorities and deadlines
