Requirements
- Experience as a senior cost manager, ideally from a consultancy background
- Experience in pre-contract cost management, budget control, cost planning, and preparing and initiating change forms
- Chartered or on the path to complete it
- Degree or comparable experience in a project management or construction discipline
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
