Contracts Manager

As a Contracts Manager at Linesight, you will work with a highly experienced team to manage contracts for a global construction program. You will be responsible for establishing, implementing, and maintaining robust contractual governance, ensuring compliance with global standards and minimizing commercial and legal risk exposure.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Law, Business, or related Engineering field
• Minimum 8-10 years of progressive experience in contract management, claims, and commercial governance
• Deep knowledge of international standard forms of contract (e.g., FIDIC, NEC) and the ability to interpret complex contract law principles
• Expertise in managing controlled contract deviation via a formal Addendum or Special Conditions structure
