Job Description
We are looking for a Billing and Solutions Administrator to support accurate monthly invoicing and assist with administrative, data management, and system administration tasks. As a team member in Finance, you will work closely with various departments to maintain financial accuracy, support system integrity, and contribute to efficient business processes.
Requirements
- Successful completion of a related College Certificate/Diploma, or equivalent related experience
- Experience working in a similar role within accounting/finance and/or IT/Information Solutions
- Experience with CRM, Jonas, ProjectSight, and Business Intelligence software is an asset
- Intermediate-level computer skills in Microsoft Office and/or Microsoft 365, especially Word, and Excel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task to meet scheduled and unexpected deadlines
- Strong organizational, decision making and time management skills
- Exceptional teamwork and interpersonal skills
