Job Description
Lincoln Property Company is seeking a skilled Mobile Building Engineer to perform technical and mechanical functions to maintain and improve the efficiency, cost effectiveness, and engineering services of properties and their tenants. This role involves operating and maintaining buildings, troubleshooting systems, and communicating effectively with stakeholders. The position requires daily local travel and a commitment to safety and operational excellence.
Requirements
- Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire control, and building management systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair facility systems.
- Follow EPA, OSHA & ASHRAE rules and safety guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with facility managers, tenants, and vendors.
