Job Description

Requirements
- Acting as a subject matter expert on federal and state privacy laws
- Researching and analyzing emerging privacy laws and regulations
- Advising stakeholders on developments in privacy law
- Identifying and communicating legal exposure and risk
- Evaluating and counseling on the privacy implications of emerging and existing technologies
- Conducting privacy impact assessments
- Providing guidance on responding to consumer privacy rights requests
- Reviewing and negotiating contracts and data processing agreements
- Directing outside privacy counsel
