Job Description
The Associate Actuary, Life Experience Management role provides support for experience studies initiatives with a focus on process improvements and providing experience insights. The role collaborates with various teams to develop policyholder behavior, mortality, and morbidity experience assumptions, and documents methodologies to improve workflow efficiency.
Requirements
- Undergraduate Degree with a concentration related to Actuarial Science
- ASA preferred
- Minimum 3 years of actuarial or data analytics experience
- Analytical skills: ability to think critically, identify, and solve potential challenges independently
- Hands on SQL, Python or any other programming languages preferred
- Ability to bring innovative thinking to improve current processes
- Priority setting, time management and organizational skills
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (ex., Tableau, Power BI)
