Job Description
The Coordinator for Facility Operations plays a critical role in ensuring Lincoln Berean Church is a safe and welcoming environment by leading the systems and processes that make our safety and security team effective. This position is primarily focused on administrative coordination, volunteer management, and proactive planning.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two years' experience in administration, coordination, or volunteer management
- Strong organizational and scheduling skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Discretion and ability to handle sensitive information
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
