Job Description
The Associate Director // Worship Leader is responsible for leading the church in key aspects of corporate gatherings, including planning and execution of weekend services and other events, volunteer development, creative input, etc. This is a full-time position with a 45-hour workweek, Tuesday-Friday, and Saturday 4-8:30PM, Sunday 8AM-12:30PM.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in a local church (or similar)
- 3-5 years of experience leading worship in a local church (or similar)
- Ability to lead from an instrument (guitar or keys), preferred but not required
- Basic working knowledge of ProPresenter, chord charts, Planning Center, stage plotting, band/music dynamics, and equipment set-up
- Ability to lead, speak, and counsel from a biblical worldview
