Job Description
The Level 1 – Maintenance Labourer position at Millwrights and Maintenance Mechanics (Linamar) is focused on day-to-day maintenance activities. Responsibilities include monitoring systems, recording data, inventory management, and ensuring equipment safety. Daily meetings are essential.
Requirements
- Maintain systems for tracking, reporting, and documentation.
- Record coolant refractometer readings, top up oils, and usage.
- Manage oil and coolant inventories.
- Operate forklifts and floor scrubbers.
- Maintain equipment in a safe and clean manner.
- Use CMMS software.
- Ensure compliance of maintenance instructions.
